Q: Who is your company?
A: My Fashion Image is part of the Seal It Forever Events group, a well established event planning and catering company. We have Fashion Industry connections that allowed us to pursue another business endeavor.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Please allow 48-72 hours for an order to be processed, not including fraud detection, in which case may take longer.
Q: Are the products sold authentic?
A: Yes, all of our designer handbags and accessories are 100% authentic. All of our merchandise goes through a strict inspection process before being mailed to the customer. All orders include the original dust cover and/or designer box, authenticity cards and/or tags.
Q: Do we do consignment?
A: No, we do not. Our supplies come directly from the manufacturer's authorized distributors/agents.
Q: Do you have free shipping?
A: Yes, we have free UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground shipping with insurance, up to a 5 pound maximum weight. We can provide expedited shipping at an extra cost, please see our complete guideline on shipping terms.
Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Sorry, we do not. Everything is sold online.
Q: Can we return item/s?
A: Yes, we offer free return shipping with insurance, however there is a $ 25.00 handling fee per item. The maximum number of days to initiate a return is 15 calendar days after receipt of merchandise. Please see our complete guideline on the Returns page.
Q: Are you able to ship overseas?
A: Sorry, at this time we are not able to ship overseas (internationally). We can only ship to the 50 U.S. states.
Q: Will you ship to a PO BOX or APO/FPO box?
A: Sorry, we cannot ship to an APO/FPO box or PO BOX. The address must be a physical address as per UPS guidelines. Please see further details in our shipping policy.
Q: Are there more pictures:
A: Yes, depending on the product we are able to supply more pictures. We realize that internet speeds vary among consumers, therefore we have limited viewing to one picture per item to minimize upload time.
Q: Is my transaction secure?
A: Every online transaction made within www.myfashionimage.com is transmitted across the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This industry standard method ensures that information sent from your browser is scrambled while in transit and decoded when it arrives on our server. We take the issue of security very seriously and have taken every step possible to protect you.
Q: Do you use a Secure Payment System?
A: We use the latest Shopify technology out there and you have many features to choose from such as Amazon Pay, Paypal, ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
