Returns and Exchanges

(Free return shipping cost, however there is a $ 25 handling fee per item)

Due to the sensitive nature of our luxury products, our return policy is valid for 15 calendar days from the receiving date. Please contact us as soon as possible for processing and to have the return shipping tracking number be in the UPS carrier's system no later than the 18th calendar day to be considered on time.
If 15 calendar days have expired since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still on the merchandise. We will contact the respective warehouse for processing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and please contact us at
626-272-5262 or email at myfashionimage@hotmail.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). We will then supply you with a UPS return label and discuss if you require the box to be picked up or dropped off at one of several convenient UPS store locations.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts will not be accepted for refunds and/or exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. We will notify you accordingly.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will issue a gift receipt. The free return shipping and $ 25 handling fee still applies.
Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your return arrangement. Please note if gift recipients contact us, they will only receive store credit after an approved return.
